Why we exist

Support for dads in the moments that matter most.

Fatherhood can be meaningful and difficult at the same time. Divorce, separation, co-parenting stress, and isolation can make it harder for dads to stay present and connected. Dads for Dads exists so no father has to navigate that alone.

  • • Peer support rooted in lived experience
  • • Mentorship for divorced and separated dads
  • • Programs that strengthen the father-child bond
